You need:
A bowl of water
Pepper
Washing Detergent
Another person
Setup:
Put some detergent on your finger. Don't let the other person see you. Put the pepper in the bowl.
Actual Prank:
Tell the other person-I'll call him Joe-to try and get all the pepper to go to the rim of the bowl using their finger.
They will try, but the pepper should stay where it is. Then you stick your finger in, and because of some chemical reaction with the detergent, the pepper should retreat to the rim of the bowl.
